Services provided by Coventry Citizens Advice will be closed over the Xmas Break. Re-opening times for individual core and project services are detailed below.
Core Services will be closed on Xmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. However, clients will be able to access telephone advice, via Advice Line, throughout the Christmas period – call 0800 144 8848.
Clients will also be able to access online information from the national Citizens Advice website at www.citizensadvice.org.uk .

The following individual projects will also close on Xmas Eve but re-open on December 29th:
Universal Credit Help-to-Claim service
Debt Advice Service.

The following individual projects will close on Xmas Eve and re-open on Monday, January 4th:
Macmillan Project
Major Trauma Project
HIV/TB Project
BBO Project.

The following individual projects will close on Xmas Eve and re-open on Tuesday, January 5th:
Pension Wise
Power Up
BDS Big Difference Scheme).

Rooted will accept referrals over the Christmas period but with a reduced staff – there will be delays in response times.
