The funding we receive does not cover the total amount we need to run our Core Services. The demand for our services is increasing. Out of 22 national charities, the Citizens Advice service is ranked by the general public as being the most helpful, approachable, professional, informative, effective/cost effective, reputable and accountable.
The work we do has a significant impact on people’s health and wellbeing. We achieve the following positive impacts reported by people after receiving advice : Mental well being + 81%, Money + 51%, Physical Health + 45%, Housing + 24%, Relationships + 21% and Employment + 17%.
