I have an extensive career in Organisational Development and Human Resources and have worked in private, charitable and public sector organisations to include the NHS.

I was a governor at a Coventry school for over 10 years and believe strongly in reducing inequalities across society.

Outside work I enjoy catching up with family and friends, reading books and travel.
