Hundreds of young people in Coventry could take part in over 70 free activities, with a healthy meal provided, during the Easter Holidays; through the Holiday Activities & Food (HAF) programme.
The HAF programme works with over 35 different organisations to offer children who qualify for a free school meal free sessions in horse-riding, cooking, swimming, sports, the performing arts, festive craft workshops and more – as well as making sure they don’t miss out on a hot meal.
The next HAF programme will be delivered during the upcoming Easter school holiday and will run from Friday March 31st to Sunday April 16th.
If you want to know whether your child/children qualify for this programme, or just more about the programme itself and how to apply, look out for imminent updates to the Council’s website at www.coventry.gov.uk/haf .
Coventry HAF is a national Department for Education funded programme aimed at enabling children and young people to attend activities and experiences, with a free meal added, in the Christmas, Easter and Summer school holidays, with signposting to support and advice beyond the holidays.
