Coventry Citizens Advice will be providing valuable support to those who need it over the festive period.

Our reception will close from 4pm on December 23^rd 2021 and we plan to open again at 9am on January 4^th 2022 (government restrictions permitting).

 

In between those dates, excluding designated Bank Holidays, those in need can access a limited service in the following ways:

• For general advice queries call Citizens Advice ‘Adviceline’ on 0800 144 8848. This will be open between 9am and 4pm.
• For those with debt and money problems call 02476 252047, or email mas@coventrycab.org.uk . Calls will not be picked up but messages will be monitored and, in exceptional cases, advisers will contact clients.
• For those who need help and assistance to make a claim for Universal Credit, call 0800 144 8444. This is a national number and a skeleton service will be available.
