Covid 19 lockdown has led to dramatic changes to the way courts have operated for more than 6 months. Some have essentially suspended operations while others have moved to virtual hearings or other innovative processes.
Similarly, in line with many other professions, access to legal services such as solicitors has changed with most client interactions becoming ‘remote’; putting much more reliance on digital communications and the quality of website content to guide clients.
Has your access to the legal profession changed in recent months? Have you been able to exercise your legal rights, or pursue legal remedies, through the courts? Or, have you been left frustrated by an inability to access justice; left in limbo when you needed clarity and issue resolution?
Let us know how Covid 19 has impacted on your access to justice and how you have been treated by the justice system recently. Please complete the short questionnaire.
